Say hello to CBWL on the Go!

We have an updated app!  Beginning Tuesday, November 21^st, our app is changing from CBWL Mobile to CBWL on the Go.  Our online banking website is getting an update too.  In addition to a new look, we’re finally able to provide you with some additional options that we think you’ll find very useful.

What’s new? 

• Account balance alerts – receive texts, emails, or app messages when your balance drops to a certain amount.
• Transaction alerts – receive alerts when there are transactions made to your accounts.
• Debit Card Lock and Unlock – Misplace your card? Now you have the power to lock and unlock your card.
• Travel Notices – add travel notices to your debit card for notifying our fraud system to expect out-of-town transactions.
• Multi-factor security – this offers better security to keep your information secure and also allows you to receive texts, emails, or phone calls to reset your password.

What will be the same?

• Your log-in information!  Use the same ID and password that you are currently using.
• Bill pay – If you currently use our bill pay system, your payment information should still be available.  Please review the due dates for any scheduled payments.
• Online transfers – transfer funds between your Commercial Bank accounts, including the ability to transfer from a checking account to a loan to make a loan payment!
• Remote Deposit – Make deposits using your phone to photograph a check.
• Estatements – sign up for electronic statements and view them online or via the app!
